Wow, this is great! I like the details and variety of armor designs among these characters. I especially like the realistic touch they have, these armors and costumes actually look like they could function. One thing you usually find in fantasy art is that the warriors are wearing something that just doesn't work. The character in the middle has some nice gallic style armor and shield designs and also the body armor of that woodsman is great!

These really all go well together, don't they!

One suggestion: If this isn't finalized yet, I'd suggest angling the elf's spearshaft a little further out of line with the dwarf's mattock handle so our eyes don't try to resolve it into a single long weapon.
